  • About the Role:
As a Sales Admin at our employment agency, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting our administrative and customer service operations. Your main focus will be on handling calls, liaising with customers, arranging worker schedules, data entry, payroll, and other administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Daily Responsibilities:
Manage and handle incoming calls with professionalism, including on Saturdays and Sundays
  • Liaise with customers to address inquiries and provide information
Arrange worker schedules and coordinate their tasks
  • Perform data entry with accuracy and efficiency
Handle payroll processing and related tasks
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed
  • What Were Looking For:
A highly organized individual with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively
A proactive approach and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry
Experience working with foreign workers is an added advantage
  • Compensation Package:
Base Salary: RM3000 - RM6000
  • Commission based on performance
  • Employment Details:
Contract Type: Full-time position

KPI evaluation for performance assessment
