Job Description :_
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotation, processing sales orders, and maintaining customer records.
Coordinate with customers and the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.- Manage communication between sales, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee the planning and execution of logistics activities, including shipment scheduling, tracking, and delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers, shipping companies, and warehouses to manage inventory and ensure timely product delivery.
Handle import and export documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with relevant regulations.- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory.
Conduct regular inventory checks and address discrepancies.
- Process incoming orders and ensure accurate and timely entry into the system.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to fulfil and dispatch orders on time.- Address any issues or delays in order fulfilment and communication with sales team or customers as needed.
Prepare and maintain reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and logistics operations.
- Ensure all sales and logistics documentation is accurate and up to date.
Support management in analyzing sales data and logistics metrics to improve efficiency.- Handle sales team and customers inquiries and complaints regarding orders, deliveries, and logistics issues.
Provide timely updates to customers on order status and resolve any issues promptly.
- Work closely with sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Shall perform any ad hoc and other duties relating to the above as may be assigned by superior from time to time.
_Requirement :
_- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in sales administration or logistics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Good communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Knowledge of logistics and inventory management systems is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM4,500.00 per month
