Manage quotation process and ensure timely processing of orders.- Liaise with clients to ensure all necessary documents are in order for authority submission.
Collaborate closely with management on sales goals, project planning or forecast.
- Organize and maintain sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Respond promptly to client inquiries/needs and provide support with detailed information.- Ensure the sales support process are carried out in order and in compliance with the department SOP.
To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned when required.
Minimum SPM level
- Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in customer service/sales support role
Computer literate- Experience in Solar Energy Industry will be an added advantage
Independent, Self-Initiative, Responsible & Committed personality
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to converse in Mandarin/Cantonese will be a plus point
