Job Responsibilities
Sales administrative and marketing duties such as:- typing of service report, quotation, order confirmation, sales order, invoice, delivery order, shipping documents, response to corresponding email and filing. Prepare operation manual for customer and update record list.
Liaising and arrange of forwarders for delivery.
Attend and follow-up sales enquiries. (support)
Arranging jobs for technician/engineer. (assist)
Prepare monthly attendance report, annual leave, consolidation report, stock report.
Liaising with local supplier for purchase.
Chasing for debtor payment.
Office maintenance.
Control of Petty Cash.
Travelling arrangement.
Mailing.
Requirements:
Minimum diploma certification,
Proficiency in windows based program,
Bilingual in English and Malay,
At least 3 - 5 years working experience in sale coordination job.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,
- 00 - RM3,200.00 per month
Schedule: - Day shift
* Monday to Friday
