Job Description_
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to manage and execute daily documentation tasks, including the preparation of quotations, packing lists, pro forma invoices, and invoices.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of all documentation involved in customer orders and deliveries.- Monitor and track deliveries to customers, coordinating on logistical matters to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Receive and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness in accordance with established procedures.
- Liaise with Production and Purchasing personnel to facilitate seamless order processing.
Interact with customers to respond promptly and professionally to order inquiries, providing necessary information and support.- Undertake project work and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.
Collaborate with logistic, transport, and shipping departments to manage delivery schedules and handle related documentation for daily business activities.

Job Requirement_
- Proven experience in sales support/operations or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using relevant software and Microsoft Office for document preparation and data entry.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
