Responsibilities- Review and analyse clients business requirements with relevant department.
Prepare quotation upon analysed business requirements.- Prepare commercial proposal for tender and RFQ (Request for Quotation).
Prepare invoices according to schedule upon engagement with clients.
- Monitor and follow up on clients Purchase Order (PO), payment and collections.
Prepare and review standard service agreement.- Coordinate commercial effort between clients, partners and internal departments.
Register and maintain customer records in the system.
- Assist in continuously improves commercial processes and controls where applicable.
Assist in develop and carry out an efficient documentation and relevant commercial administration task.- Follow up on potential clients and business opportunities.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administrative, Marketing, IT, Communication or related courses.- 1 to 3 years of experiences in Business Administrative, Sales, or related field.
