Job Description

Working Hour: 9am-6pm (Monday to Friday)

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and concerns to offer tailored solutions. Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address queries, and ensure satisfaction.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue. This involves identifying potential clients, analyzing market trends, and exploring new opportunities for business growth.
Product Knowledge and Demonstration: Possess in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered by the company. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.Lead Generation and Prospecting: Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online platforms. Qualify leads to determine their suitability and potential for conversion into sales.
  • Sales Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms of sale with clients to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement. Overcome objections and address concerns to facilitate the closing of deals in a timely manner.
Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, contacts, and sales transactions. Analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development. Apply new knowledge and skills to enhance sales performance.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, including assistance with product implementation, troubleshooting, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
Meeting Sales Targets: Set and strive to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as outlined by the company. Develop action plans to meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to overall business success.

Pay: RM1,
  • 22 - RM1,800.74 per month
