Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated individuals who strive for more to join us. We are an established company specializing in cybersecurity and network infrastructure. In line with our continuous growth, we are seeking suitable candidates for the position IT Sales Executive / Sales Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

  1. To develop and manage corporate clients and business partners. Responsible to market the IT Security and networking products and services of the company.
  2. Drive professional and prompt service experience on all our deliverables towards customers satisfaction.
  3. Establish and maintain good relationship with customers by meeting customers requirements and expectations.
  4. To coordinate post sales activities which include delivery, installation of solutions, billing and collections.
  5. Provide reports to superior with customers progress and make appropriate recommendations to improve overall sales performance.
  6. Ensure customers needs and satisfactions are achieved to the best interest of the customers and the company.

Requirements:

  1. PossessDiploma/Degree in Business or ITdiscipline.
  2. Preferable at least 3 years of working experience in the IT / Cybersecurity field.
  3. Capable in presentation, proposing solutions, preparing quotations and tender submission.
  4. Strong interpersonal presence, able to work both independently and as a team.
  5. Able to inspire customer confidence through professional presence, self-confidence and proven results.
  6. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Both verbal and written.
  7. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Salary : RM6,000 RM10,000 per month with On Target Earnings (OTE) of RM150,000.
