Responsibilities- Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat sales
Conduct market research to generate new leads and potential partners- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
Responsible for Key account management and business development- Review business performance and to identify risk and opportunity of the brand
Maintain customer relationship, provide total solution and extend business network
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure execution of sales plans and client satisfaction
Provide regular updates and reports on progress and results
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are welcome.
Proven track record of success in sales and account management is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Willingness to travel when required
