Requirement- Demonstrated experience / proficiency in managing customer accounts & sales.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferably in human resources or advertising or banking or other sectors as per title mentioned are required.- Essential to have good communication in English coupled with strong negotiation skills.
Know how to craft quality proposals and confidently present them to hirers.
Engaging leads on call or whatsapp chat to prospect, qualify and acquire customers / accounts.
- Cultivate exceptional relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
Identify target accounts and hirer's needs, propose solutions and devise strategies to overcome competitive obstacles.- Support company new product rollout / adoptions by proactively engaging, communicating and implementing the rollout/ adoption to all the hirers.
Accurately forecast, track progress, and close sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Stay up-to-date on advertising and HR industry trends and best practices.- Other duties expected include proper sales reporting, achieving monthly and sales targets.
