Responsibilities- Develop and drive sales efforts to expand our client portfolio and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the market.
Analyze competitor strategies to adapt and innovate sales and business development tactics, ensuring competitive advantage and market leadership.- Serve as the primary point of contact and account manager for key client accounts; building/maintaining strong relationships and understanding their recruitment needs and challenges.
Collaborate with recruitment consultants and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and present sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to senior management.
Experience in the recruitment or manpower outsourcing/contract recruitment field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key client accounts.
* Diploma Advanced/Higher/Graduate or Bachelors Degree in any field.
