Responsibilities:
- Account Relationship Management
- Establish, maintain, and improve relationships with target/key accounts- Ensure high levels of customer service and support future business growth- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product benefits.- Delivery and Revenue Growth:
- Achieve sales and profit objectives
- Handle sales inquiries with ad hoc external meetings- Strategic Business Identification and Development:
- Develop business opportunities and grow the current business base
- Develop and implement Key Account action plans
- Direct, guide, and coordinate sales activities with customers and various Account Managers
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer preferences.
- Initiate new product developments based on market or customer information
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge.
Qualification:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (written and spoken)
- The candidate must possess own transport and valid driving license
- Degree in Chemistry, Business or other chemistry-related fields is highly preferred.
- At least 1 year of sales experience in the Personal Care Industry, Laundry care, Cleaning Chemical or Specialty Chemicals companies of cleaning ingredients
- Strong industry exposure and contacts in the Cleaning chemical and Personal Care industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning/ chemical products
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft suite, and internet programs
- Resourceful and capable of working independently
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Salary:
RM3000-RM4000 (depending on experience) + Monthly Commission + Year End Bonus
