Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and markets to create a robust sales pipeline. Conduct cold calls, emails, and networking to generate leads and initiate sales conversations.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs of prospective clients and tailor product/service offerings to address their specific requirements. Conduct thorough product/service presentations, highlighting benefits and value propositions.
Relationship Building: Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges. Regularly engage with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.- Sales Negotiation: Effectively negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements to secure deals that align with company goals. Overcome objections and address client concerns to close sales successfully.
Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the sales manager. Monitor and report on sales activities, opportunities, and progress using the company CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of efforts.- Customer Insights: Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and contribute to product /service enhancements.
Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in B2B or B2C sales.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients at various levels.
Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities with the aptitude to close deals.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools for accurate pipeline management.- Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions and quickly learn about new products/services.
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel if required.
