Position: Sales Account Manager

Job Description:

As a Sales Account Manager at JustLogin, you will spearhead our efforts to expand our client base and drive our business forward. This role is ideal for those who are natural hunters of new business opportunities and have a fervent passion for IT software solutions. With our award-winning Human Resources Management System (HRMS), you will not only sell a product but also deliver solutions that enhance productivity and revolutionize workplace dynamics. We believe in supporting our team members professional growth; thus, personal coaching and extensive product training are integral parts of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets.
  • Actively seek out and acquire new customers to broaden our market reach.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to closing sales.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring all data is current and accurate.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
  • Collaborate effectively within the team to maximize revenue potential and achieve sales goals.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year specifically in IT or software sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with exemplary presentation abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Previous experience in software sales, particularly within the HR sector, will be considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred, to cater to a diverse client base.
