Requirements
  • Demonstrated track record of at least 2 years in account management, key account management, or business development roles.

  • Possession of a degree or diploma in Business-related studies, underpinning a solid foundation in the field.

Job Description:
  • Act as the primary contact for customer account management, handling all inquiries and concerns.
Proactively engage with clients on a monthly basis to nurture and expand existing accounts.
  • Foster strong customer relationships to maximize their long-term value.
Identify opportunities and promptly address customer issues with precision.
  • Guarantee prompt and successful delivery of our solutions to meet customer needs and goals.
Collaborate with various internal teams (such as Customer Service and Product Development) to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Monitor account metrics, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.
Share your comprehensive weekly sales report to facilitate effective communication and improve performance analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM5,000.00 per month
