Job Responsibility
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationship within the assigned customer in order to achieve the profitable growth of existing accounts and development of new customers.
- Build strong customer relationship with all new and existing customers through continuous improvement in all services to develop a strong understanding is the account manager requirement.
- Monitor the competitors by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques etc.
- Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and ability to handle difficult customers professional.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives of the Company KPI.
- Monitor customers outstanding accounts and ensuring prompt payment is made.

- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree .
- minimum 2-3 years working experience. (Manager of related working experience )
- Proven track record in handling customers.
- Team player with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin preferred.
