Sales Executive (SE) shall be responsible to drive sales activities to achieve the Company growth targets by expanding existing customer groups as well as establishing new potential customer base.
Promotes, and sells Company products through direct customer contacts and develops new business within assigned territory.
Identify and acquire new customers/distributors, markets and opportunities.
Responsible for achievement of sales target (quantified: quarterly-to-quarterly basis).
Ensure that all customer accounts are within the agreed sales credit limit and to immediately notify superior or above for any discrepancy of customer / company / distributor that exceeded the sales credit limit.
Identifies prospective customers and compiles information on competitive products.
Quotes prices, prepares proposals and provides information regarding terms of sales and delivery dates.
Gathers data on marketing trends, competitive products and pricing and reports to Head of Department.
Maintain good relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
All other related duties and job responsibilities that are assigned to you by your superiors.
Job Requirements
A Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Science, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Materials, Business Studies, Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
2-4 years of related experience in sales and marketing. Experience in export sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
Graduates with no working experience are also welcome to apply; training will be provided.
Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Ability to engage and build rapport with external stakeholders.
Possess strong business acumen and a willingness to meet people and customers.
Willingness to travel overseas for business purposes, mostly for Sales Export.
