Role Description

This is a contract Safety Supervisor role located in Pengerang. As a Safety Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing safety programs and procedures to ensure a safe and secure work environment. You will conduct regular inspections, identify potential hazards, and provide training to employees on safety protocols. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or construction setting
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively train and educate employees on safety protocols
• Certifications in workplace safety and first aid are a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
