As the House Safety & Security Associate at our 3-star hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property. You will implement and enforce security protocols and procedures to maintain a safe environment throughout the hotel premises. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle emergencies effectively.
- Core duties and responsibilities:
Monitoring and Surveillance:
- Patrol hotel premises regularly to ensure security.
Monitor surveillance systems and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
- Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance.
Regularly the Hotels surrounding parking space and ensure the carpark area are only for hotels guest.
Guest and Employee Safety:- Assist guests and employees with safety and security concerns.
Provide guidance and information on emergency procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
Emergency Response:
- Act swiftly and appropriately during emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, or disturbances.
Coordinate with local authorities when necessary.- Administer first aid or CPR as needed.
Security Measures:- Ensure all doors, windows, and gates are secured properly.
Control access to restricted areas.
- Maintain a log of security activities and incidents.
Training and Awareness:
- Train hotel staff on safety and security procedures.
Promote awareness of security issues among employees and guests.- Conduct drills to ensure preparedness for various emergencies.
Report and Documentation:- Document incidents and maintain accurate records.
Prepare reports for management on security status and incidents.
- Collaborate with management to implement improvements based on security assessments.
Aside Tasks:
- Assisting the Front Office/HK to send requested amenities to the guest room.
Assist breakfast area. (if needed)- Assist Housekeeping department to do bed stripping and clearing the public area.
Any other task being task by the Superior or the Manager of the hotel.

- Manage and up to date safety signages
Checking reviews of the surrounding the hotels safety & Security
- Understanding guest requirements on Safety
- Training and update and share to other dept employee in safety aspects
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports
- Job Requirements:
SPM or higher qualifications in related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience of related working experience. (Preferred)
