Job Responsibility- Develop safety Measures and procedures that are in accordance with environmental, safety and health statutory acts and regulations.
Responsible for the implementation of an effective occupational safety, health and environment management plan.- To advise Site Division regarding quality, safety and environmental issues.
Interact and liaise with local authorities and clients to ensure compliance with statutory and other safety requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections, accident/incident investigation, hazard identifications, risk assessments, risk control measures and advice measures to be taken in the interest of site personnel.
Manage overall Safety & Health activities at construction site.- Conduct regular safety meetings and prepare relevant safety reports and carry out safety briefing.
Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or Certificate of Completion in NIOSH for Safety & Health Officer and must possess a valid GREEN BOOK and registered with DIOSH.
Strong knowledge in construction safety, initiative and self-motivation to perform.
Possess leadership quality, good interpersonal and communication skills and problem solving skills.
Good team spirit and positive attitude.
