- Shall be responsible to lead and take charge of the HSE Team.
- Shall be responsible for HSE compliance to CONTRACT.
- Shall be responsible to lead Pre-mobilization Induction for crew.
- Shall participate in COMPANY constructability review, HAZID / HAZOP review, IPOP, risk assessment and meetings.
- Shall be responsible for Pre-Mobilization Inspection for vessel mobilization.
- Shall be responsible to ensure personnel mob to offshore have fulfilled HSE mandatory training and medically fit.
- Develop and ensure compliance with HSE procedures, plans, incentive programs and regulatory requirements.
- Lead / participate in incident investigation and follow up on close out (as when required).
- Shall be responsible to conduct HSE campaign and Safety Stand down.
- Shall ensure implementation and compliance to related HSE- related statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Shall be fully responsible for the preparation, review and submission of the mandatory HSSE documents.
- Shall implement and maintain the CONTRACTORs HSE MS.
- Shall prepare, drive the implementation and monitoring of the HSE Plans and performance.
- To plan the safety target, coordinate safety procedures and implement them.
- To ensure that all practices and enforcement of safety and health matters are in compliance with the company policies and other safety regulations and Act
- To conduct safety training, briefing, etc to introduce and maintain a safety culture.
- Ensure all workers working in safe environment and follow the safety rules accordingly
- Produce all related HSE reports
- Conduct daily toolbox meeting and yard safety induction for visitors and new workers
- Manage, maintain and improve on BRSB Quality standards.
- To have full understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, adhere to companys SOP and satisfy applicable statutory, regulatory and company requirements
- Ensure policies, procedures and compliance procedures are adhered to.
- And other responsibilities assigned from time to time.
- Shall be well versed in government regulations and oi and gas industry practices pertaining to health, safety and environment aspects of work execution.
- Must be able to lead the preparation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA), manage and execute HSE campaigns an plans, and perform site verification and walkabouts during construction execution.
