Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Officer

Job Description:

a) To ensure the safety & health of the company comply with legal and other requirements.

b) To promote environmental, safety and health awareness and implement programs at the work site.

c) To be responsible for monitoring and assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations.

d) To liaise with DOSH, DOE, BOMBA and local authorities in ensuring compliances set by the regulating bodies.

e) To conduct safety inspections and audits regularly.

f) To monitor activities of contractor/sub-contractors/vendors/visitors at workplace and ensuring compliance to thesafety rules and regulations.

g) To investigate causes of incidents/accidents and other unsafe conditions/acts at the job site and prepare preventive.

Requirements: -

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field;
2. Minimum 1-2 years of working experience preferably from manufacturing environment;
3. Candidate with Diploma with at least 5 years of extensive relevant working experience can be considered;
4. Should be able to ensure and enforce compliance of all regulatory requirements;
5. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
