Job Description

Job Description

  • Responsible to identify incoming and outgoing customs documentation and update every job in the systems.
  • Ensure the customs documents to be returned in 2 working days.
  • Check the claims that submitted by agents.
  • Execute in preparation of all customs related documentation etc Form K1, K2, K4, K8, K9, ZB1 & ZB2.
  • Ensure data, records and filling are kept up to date.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Logistics/ Transportation field or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in customs forms preparation (import & export) is required for this position.
  • Possess of Kursus Egen Kastam (KEK) certificate is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skill, spoken and written in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Adapt with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Possess own transport (motorcar)
