Responsibilities:- To adhere and enforce safety rules and procedures by adopting established safety code and practices and regulatory requirement to all employees working in safe and sound environment
Conduct safety promotion, awareness with day-to-day monitoring and enforcement for safety procedures, rules and regulations to meet good safety standard- Day to day permitting approval for hot work, confined space entry, excavation works and any related safety permitting
Inspection of scaffolding, safety audits and other safety related activities
- Conduct SOC for contractors, project punch listing and follow up with completion items of outstanding items
Degree in Chemical Engineering from reputable university
- Attending SHO Course / Registered SHO
5 - 10 years experience in a petrochemical/ oil & gas/ heavy industry- Competent in Safety & Health technical knowledge
Well versed with OSHA legal requirements and other Industry Code of Practices
