The RTR Manager is part of the GBS Asia Record to Report team in the Finance Shared Service Organization. This position reports to GBS Asia Head of Record to Report.
The RTR team is responsible for complete and accurate monthly reporting for the FrieslandCampina entities in scope of GBS Asia, the core activities are monthly financial reporting and balance sheet reconciliation & clearing.
The RTR Manager is responsible to support the RTR team to execute operational processes in line with internal & external legislation, to advise on IFRS compliance and to manage and implement changes in operational processes to improve further. The use of continuous improvement/lean KPIs/OPIs, visual management is key to improve processes.
What We Ask
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Comes with more than 8 years working experience
- Knowledge and experience in IT systems, ERP system, reporting, analytics
- Excellent intergrated knowledge of finance processes and financial statements
- Knowledge on IFRS
- Knowledge on lean, project management & continuous improvement methodologies
- Possess attitude of being hands-on/Can do mentality (Owners Mindset), result and performance driven (Purpose Driven) and customer oriented (Commercially Obsessed)
- Strong analytical skills, accurate & proactive
- Strong written, verbal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various levels in the orgranisation

Vacancy Description
- Management of a range day-to-day Record to Report activities, in line with corporate policies, guidelines and SLAs with Operating Companies
- Review developments in IFRS/Sherpa and implement changes in RTR in alignment with Corporate Finance
- Responsible for internal control effectivenss and timely resolution of audit findings
- Continuously improve quality of integrated RTR processes, controls, reports and applications
- Drive implementation of policies & guidelines impacting RtR process
- Implement & execute RTR and center related projects
- Ensure documentation is kept in accordance with local legislation and company policies
- Participate in global alignment meetings and provide proposal to RTR BPO on improvement opportunities
- Communicate and align with internal and external parties (GBS teams, Opco)
- Coordinate audit requests (external & internal) within GBS teams and Opco
