Summary: We're seeking a
Senior RPA Developer with expertise in UIPath to lead automation initiatives. You'll drive the design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions, collaborating with teams to optimize processes and achieve business goals efficiently.

- Performance Optimization: Optimize RPA solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability, leveraging advanced UIPath features and coding techniques.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and drive adoption of automated processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance existing automation and streamline workflows.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure RPA solutions comply with regulatory requirements and security standards, implementing robust controls and safeguards.
Requirements: - Minimum with 4years of working related experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Extensive experience as an RPA Developer, with deep expertise in UIPath.
- Certification in UI Path or other relevant RPA technologies is a must.
- Proven track record of leading successful RPA implementations, from design to deployment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
- Experience with other RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.
- Knowledge of advanced automation techniques, including machine learning and cognitive automation.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment models.
