Roadshow Team Lead- Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to develop a comprehensive roadshow strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
Plan, organize and executive roadshow events from start to finish, including venue selection, logistic management, staffing, scheduling, and marketing collateral.- Lead and motivate a team of roadshow staff to ensure alignment with company goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Provide support to team members to enhance their skills in roadshow, customer engagement and sales closing skills.
- Track the number of leads generated or sales achievement during each roadshow event.
Oversee all roadshow events, including set up and teardown, booth management, and stock allocation.- Monitor KPI and ROI to evaluate the success of roadshow activities and identify areas for improvement.
