Responsible for all accounting and finance related functions
Prepares monthly statements by collecting data, analysing, and investigating variances and fluctuations, and summarizing data and trends.
To prepare and update sales invoices, debit, and credit note.
Ensure all general ledger transactions, bank reconciliation and schedule are done correctly and submitted for review in a timely manner.
Liaise with vendor, prepare payment and reconciliation every month.
To prepare and verify salary transaction via online banking to staff.
To prepare tax schedules and liaise with tax agent for annual tax submission.
Apply and submit SST.
Cash flow management.
Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
Prepares special reports by studying variances, preparing budgets, and developing forecasts.
Supporting maintaining the Finance ERP system
Provides financial advice by studying operational issues, applying financial principles, and practices.
Complies with state and federal tax filling requirements by studying regulations, adhering to requirements, and advising management on required actions.
Presentation to management for monthly closing EBIT result and working capital.
Job Requirements
Fluent proficiency in Mandarin and English (read, speak, type)
Diploma/ bachelors degree in accounting or related field
Minimum 1-2 years in related field
Possess initiative and willingness to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with excellent skills in SQL Accounting systems.
Highly analytical, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Experience with accounting software such as Autocount Accounting system.
Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude.
Exceptional organizational, and problem-solving skills.
