Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
Ensuring that new campaigns are set-up smoothly.
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals.
Collaborating with management and operations team to secure, retain, and grow our clienteles.
Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings.
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.
Cold calling or emailing; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets.
Collaborating with management on revenue targets, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelors degree (preferably) in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Good proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese and English.
At least 2-3 years of experience in business development for the service industry; experience with an outsourcing company is advantageous.
Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Persuasive and goal-oriented.
