Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Prospect and identify new Business Associates and Affiliates by utilizing various lead generation techniques.
  • Conduct phone and email outreach to potential candidates to introduce our company and business opportunities.
  • Host regular online and in-person events to engage, train and motivate Business Associates and Affiliates
  • Facilitate the onboarding process and provide ongoing support to Business Associates and Affiliates to ensure their success.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in our CRM system.



Job Requirements

  • Fluent Proficiency in Mandarin and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales, recruitment, or network marketing preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with RM systems.
