Monitor and lead SEO and user engagement, suggesting content optimization strategies.
Stay up-to-date with social media and industry trends while developing and implementing
comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and KPI
Set and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth goals.
Utilize quantitative methods, models, and research to understand merchant, buyer, and supplier behavior, providing valuable feedback to the product and strategic development cycle.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Sales/Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in both online and offline marketing, preferably within the home appliance industry or refrigeration and air-conditioning industry Proficiency in three languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
Prior experience in leading a team.
Demonstrated expertise in marketing principles and techniques, with a keen
understanding of industry dynamics and consumer behavior.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Be
proactive and possess strong leadership qualities & time management skills.
