Assist the full cycle of recruitment and implementation of policies, procedures and new practices
Exceed placement targets by sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent with clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to better understand their needs and preferences
Master your industry specialisation and stay up to date with industry trends and developments
Build and maintain a deep pool of qualified candidates within your specialisation through networking, referrals, and outreach
Prepare candidates for interviews and coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
Conduct post-interview feedback sessions with candidates and clients, and manage job offer processes and salary negotiations
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management
At least 1 year of recruitment experience in this field and position would be preferred
Good communication and leadership skills
Languages: Mandarin and English.
Familiarity with job posting sites, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and associates.
Good time management and organizational skills to set priorities and complete assigned tasks on time.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team.
Ability to maintain confidential information, exercise sound judgment, and discretion.
Knowledge of the relevant employment laws and regulations.
