Job Responsibility
Product & Services Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of the e-learning products and services offered by the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively communicate product advantages.
Sales Presentations
- Create compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the needs and goals of prospective clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the e-learning solutions.
Client Engagement
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their requirements and providing relevant solutions.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and informative manner.
Sales Strategies
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage marketing materials and campaigns to drive sales.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve overall sales objectives.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure deals.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing and documentation for successful closures.
Customer Support:
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company's customer support and technical teams.
Report and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and deals.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and market trends in e-learning.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and product development based on market research.
Professional Development:
- Continuously update knowledge and skills related to e-learning products and sales techniques.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops provided by the company and principles.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Educational Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven track record in sales, especially in the e-learning or education technology industry can be beneficial.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools would be advantageous.
- Proficient with MS Office 365.
- Added advantage for candidates with experience in RM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) for efficient data management and customer relationship tracking. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail to prevent or minimise errors on sales documents.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving skill in resolving issues related to orders inquiries, or communication.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
