Risk Management, Executive Responsibilities
Complete data collection & case reporting requirements as per division guidelines. E.g., Trade Reference List, Manual KYC List, etc.
Manage inter-department communication and request via Click-up task management system.
Track and resolve pending/aging enquiries & complains to minimize backlogs.
Monitor High Risk transactions & handle fraudulent purchase conflict resolution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve business contracts & agreement to negate potential risks.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the Biz Partners complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best
solution to resolve the matter.
Ensure proper escalation for Critical Incidents with relevant departments. Expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure speedy
resolution.
Manage Biz Partner campaign manual payment verification process & correspond with Finance department for relevant executions.
Support QA & QC protocols and user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts by working closely with relevant stakeholders to optimize desired outcome.
Maintain and improve CSAT ratings to ensure high service quality.
Function as 2nd defence for Subscriber & Biz Partner complaints & inquiry by supporting Careline enquiries.
Management eKYC effectiveness & manual KYC approvals.
Ensure constant database checking & updating on Subscriber & BP details. I.e., Contact Details, Billing & Shipment Address, etc.
Conduct Biz Partner brand store & product QC to ensure all uploaded SKUs are adhering to professional & legal standards.
