Job Responsibility_
Compliance:_
- Obtain & ensure that outlets and its staff are operating with the required licenses (e.g. business licenses, liquor license, music license, KKM vaccinations etc)
Project manage the internal controls assessments and work with HODs to put compliance in place for the CSA areas- Single point of contact between the business and regulatory authorities
Set up infrastructure for whistleblowing, anti-corruption reporting
- Compile reports on compliance areas like Green House Gases, PCI DSS declaration etc
Work with the Training Manager to develop training syllabus for areas where compliance has been identified as needing improvement
_Risk Management:
_- Ensure strategic risks are identified, appropriately considered, documented
Develop risk management controls and contingency plans to accommodate business needs and goals.
- Manage insurance policies and renewal to ensure that there is comprehensive coverate and risk mitigation. Act as single point of contact between the company and insurer when a claim arises (in consultation with Legal personnel) and compile documentation required for the company to claim insurance.
Assist in the review of major contracts, proposed facilities, and/or new program activities for loss and insurance implications- Educating employees on risk awareness
Maintain the companys risk register
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Food Science, Hospitality Management, Risk Management, Quality Assurance or any related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience in roles related to risk management, compliance or quality assurance within the F&B industry.
Knowledgeable in Food Safety Standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP) and compliance regulations relevant to the F&B sector.- Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization, as well as external stakeholders.
Experience in conducting audits, developing risk mitigation strategies and implementing quality management systems specific to food production and distribution.
