- Establish a consistent compensation philosophy that reflects the company's work culture and organizational objectives.
- Ensure compensation practices comply with current legislation, including pay equity and human rights standards.
- Utilize various methods and techniques to make data-driven decisions on direct financial, indirect financial, and non-financial compensation.
About The Manager/team
This role is reporting to Head of Reward, you will be working as a sole contributor.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in Rewards
- Experience in salary benchmarking, reward framework
