Accountabilities
Perform data collection and consolidation activities across BAT markets according to project and legislation requirements and scope.
Lead data validation and consistency analysis with respective stakeholders (incl. BAT markets) to ensure completeness and accuracy of collected data.
Execute calculations of reward metrics according to project requirements and scope.
Support CSRD Reward Lead in review and audit of calculated metrics by providing insights and drafting recommendations based on the results outcomes.
Contribute to the design of BAU process for the reward metrics as part of CSRD reporting after project completion.
Participation in UATs for data integration into EDP and CSRD reporting solution.
Support ad-hoc requests for reward analysis to aid decision-making for project management.
Closely collaborate with Global Reward CoE team to ensure strict adherence to established reward processes and requirements.
Experience, Skills, Knowledge
ESSENTIAL
Experience Required
Generalist Reward experience beneficial
Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail and excellent execution capabilities
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong English language (written and oral)
Ability to work in a global capacity / virtual working to ensure seamless delivery and execution across time zones.
Ability to work in a highly dynamic and matrixed organization, navigating complexity to deliver seamlessly
Basic knowledge of general reward programs and principles. Able to apply reward practices, tools during delivery of accountabilities.
Strong Excel skills
Able to manage own deliverables, ensure timely completion of project milestones and communicate progress regularly with stakeholders for feedback and input.
Able to understand the business agenda and context and link reward solutions to the business needs and regulation requirements.
Able to build and manage strong and trustful working relationships with key stakeholders.
Resilient, flexible, and confident to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
Understanding of the regulatory framework for sustainable reporting and regulation
Experience in reward consultancy / reward analytics or similar work environment requiring processing big amounts of data.
Experience in complex, matrixed, multinational organisations, with ability to navigate complexity to deliver on time in full
Knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx or any other tools for analysis automation
