The main function of a Retail Supervisor is to oversee the flow of operations in the centre. He/she oversees monitoring employee activity, coordinating the shipment and receiving of parcel, solving problems at a day-to-day level and assisting customers.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage Centre - perform daily operational task to ensure the centre is operated smoothly while the flow of operation is under proper supervision

2. Assist Customers attend to customers needs and assist customers on a regular basis from recommending the right products and services to providing solutions.

3. Deliver Business Objectives achieve monthly target and key objectives, minimise business loss and customers dissatisfaction.

4. Maintain Inventory - make sure that all items are in stock while always striving to eliminate as much waste as possible. This involves coordinating deliveries, checking inventory numbers and recording missing parcels

Requirements

An energetic, detail-oriented person who possess a great deal of patience

Ability to solve problems, diffuse tense situations, resolve conflicts and more at all time

Meticulous and strong in mathematical calculations and figures

Computer Literate

Minimum 2 years of continuous work experience in retail industry

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia with Chinese language as an advantage
