Responsibilities:- Developing store strategies to raise customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and top-notch visual merchandising standards.
Provide insights on buying trends and customer needs.- Assess training needs and build career path for store staff through performance appraisals.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Retails Area Manager.
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering exceptional service.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
