Job Description

Job Description:
  • Managing inventory (Stock arrangement, Goods flow, Display racking item arrangement)

  • Manage Retail Assistant

  • Promotion Planning ( Working closely with direct superior for upcoming event planning)

  • Shop Decoration, (Shop Deco always have rotation with different products, including follow upcoming events or Celebration Days.)

  • Petty Cash Bank In , Handling Cash

  • Maintain good knowledge of the stores products and services.

  • Assist customers and help them to find the right products.

  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner.

  • Handle daily shop operations for 3 - 20 stores and any ad-hoc duties required.
  • Requirement:*
  • Good working attitude, responsibility and punctuality

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include public holidays and weekends.

  • Atleast 3 years Experiences in Retail industries, candidate from convenience store chain / retail chain will be an advantage.

  • Familiarity with retail POS systems (training will be provided)

  • Have clear mind to planing for Sales Target. Responsible with the sales target and put efforts to drives more sales with retail assistant.

  • Sales-oriented and good communication skill, prefer candidates who are fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese clients/suppliers

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
