- Establish and maintain transparent communication channels with branch managers, State Retail Manager, Retail State Sales Managers, and all staff, fostering an environment of trust and open dialogue.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity in sales data reporting, instilling confidence in stakeholders regarding the reliability of information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build cohesive relationships, ensuring a unified approach in achieving sales targets.
- Implement and adhere to ethical sales practices, promoting a culture of integrity and trust within the Retail team.
- Demonstrate reliability and consistency in delivering on commitments, building trust with team members and stakeholders alike.

- Collaborate actively with Branch Managers, State Retail Manager, Retail State Sales Managers, and cross-functional teams to foster a unified and harmonious work environment.
