Own It

  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of targeted sales campaigns to enhance revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Retail touchpoints to develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide guidance to regional sales teams on effective sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
  • Continuously evaluate market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the dynamic sales landscape.

Build Trust

  • Establish and maintain transparent communication channels with branch managers, State Retail Manager, Retail State Sales Managers, and all staff, fostering an environment of trust and open dialogue.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity in sales data reporting, instilling confidence in stakeholders regarding the reliability of information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build cohesive relationships, ensuring a unified approach in achieving sales targets.
  • Implement and adhere to ethical sales practices, promoting a culture of integrity and trust within the Retail team.
  • Demonstrate reliability and consistency in delivering on commitments, building trust with team members and stakeholders alike.

One Team

  • Collaborate actively with Branch Managers, State Retail Manager, Retail State Sales Managers, and cross-functional teams to foster a unified and harmonious work environment.
  • Encourage a spirit of teamwork by sharing insights, best practices, and lessons learned across Retail touchpoints.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to collective decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Support the development of a collaborative culture by recognizing and appreciating the contributions of each team member.
  • Work collectively towards overarching sales goals, emphasizing the collective strength of the team in achieving success.

Move Fast

  • Respond promptly to changing market dynamics and adjust sales strategies swiftly to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Streamline decision-making processes to ensure agility and nimbleness in adapting to evolving circumstances.
  • Implement efficient project management practices to accelerate the planning and execution of sales campaigns.
  • Encourage a proactive and decisive mindset among team members to meet fast-paced sales targets.
  • Emphasize the importance of agility and prompt action in achieving rapid and impactful results.

Delight Customers

  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by aligning sales strategies with the evolving needs and preferences of customers.
  • Implement customer-centric approaches in sales initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
  • Instil a customer-first mindset within the team, emphasizing the significance of building lasting customer relationships.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to exceeding customer expectations through personalized and delightful sales interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Management, or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales planning or leadership experience in retail or related fields.
  • Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies for revenue growth.
  • Expertise in analyzing sales data and providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sales goals.
  • Experience in retail touchpoint management and executing sales campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of sales planning methodologies and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Leadership abilities to inspire and guide sales teams.
  • Project management proficiency for timely execution of initiatives.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and commitment to ethical practices.
  • Proactive mindset focused on continuous sales improvement.
  • Willingness to travel for retail visits and team engagements.
