Job Description
- Track performance and report on key KPIs, managing sales planning and forecasts.
- Develop comprehensive reports covering channels, products, and clients for strategic insights.
- Recommend commercial actions based on data-driven analysis, fostering growth opportunities.
- Maintain a feedback loop, sharing sales growth opportunities and improvement recommendations.
- Assist in establishing a robust practice for driving business performance.
- Support commercial team development in business acumen and productivity.
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
- Develop market commercial strategy to achieve targets across Retail, Wholesale & E-commerce.
- Gather and update market intelligence, including competitor information.
- Offer specific action plans for boutiques to enhance performance.
- Contribute to creating commercial presentations, including the annual Market Action Plan.
- Responsible for following up and updating the Commercial Network plan.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
- Over 10 years of experience in the luxury retail industry, preferably in management roles
- Demonstrated strong business acumen, organisational, and prioritisation skills with client-centric mindset
- Strong leadership abilities to unite and nurture the team (indirect reports)
- Communicates and presents fluently in English
