Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Manager at ELLA FURNITURE in Sungai Buloh. The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, managing customer inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Knowledge of furniture or retail industry is a plus
