Responsibilities:- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Welcome customers by greeting them and assessing customers needs.- Explain, provide appropriate recommendation and perform demonstration on the features of the products to the customers.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Achieve sales target and ensure outlet stock accuracy
Perform daily operation tasks such as sales report, stock take, etc- Comply to company policies and standard operation procedures
To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Proven working experience in retail sales.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Customer service focus.- Friendly, self-motivated, confident and sales driven
Basic administration skills.
- Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent.
