Job Description:- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations to achieve sales targets.- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Assist in maintaining the stores visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock and replenishing shelves as needed.
Prepare reports and assist in scheduling and events.- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process transactions, and handle cash accurately.
Work closely with team members to achieve store goals.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store's products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Various ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Superior/ Management from time to time.
Education: SPM (Must have credit BM & English) & above- Experience 1 years showroom experience needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Words and other basic computer applications
