Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Planning and managing work schedules and workflow for staff.
  • Assigning staff to specific duties.
  • Train, evaluate, and coach staff to reach sales and customer service goals.
  • Ensuring that customers receive prompt service and quality goods and services.
  • Upkeep and organization, including the rearranging of shelves, the setting up of displays and the cleaning of the store and products.
  • Checking inventory numbers, recording missing or stolen merchandise and planning special discount offers as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of store performance, sales, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement store policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive environment
  • Monitor store performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
  • Any other ad-hoc as assigned by Director when needed.

Job Requirements

  • minimum SPM holder and above
  • at least 2 years experience in Supervising / Retail / Business / Sales / related role
  • have a strong leadership skills
  • problem-solving skills
