Job Responsibility

Computer literate will be required to ensure all retail sales data are up to date and assist in all administration duties.
Welcome and greet customers
Tracking of customer items from sales order to collection of items
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Ascertain customers needs and wants to recommending items that match customer needs
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Keep up to date with product information
Accurately describe product features and benefits
Follow all companies policies and procedures

Job Requirements

Minimum possess Diploma in any field.
Minimum of 3 years working experience in customer service or retail industry.
Candidates must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in Mandarin would be highly regarded.
Willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Positive attitude and responsible character.
Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
Proven working experience in retail sales will be an added advantage.
Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
Candidates must be comfortable with a work schedule to meet the needs of the business including weekends and holidays, 6 days per week.
