Job description
- Keep products organized and display them accordingly with accurate price tags/bar code.
Responsible for performing customer service duties.- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs (Walk in, phone call or SMS/Whatsapp)
Product knowledge
- Issue Cash Bill / invoice / receipts
Job requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM Level, Diploma or any field.
Good communication skills- Responsible work attitude, self-discipline and proactive attitude
Candidate must also be independent, friendly and cheerful attitude
- Have creativity and able to use design software such as Canva
Having knowledge on the social media platform such as shoppe, FB, Tiktok is an added advantage- Able to multi-task, work under pressure and work independently with minimum supervision.
Experience in related field (retail shop) and knowledge in Accounting software is an added advantage
- Working days Monday to Saturday
