- Sales & Customer Service (including after-sales service)
Provide excellent product knowledge and customer service; effective selling of both the products and the brand Achieve sales targets as assigned- Liasing with factory on customer's order.
Closely follow up with customers on after sales service issues
- 2. Operations / Maintenance
Implement proper visual merchandising both in the window and booth displays.
Create records of customers/ prospects for future references
- Maintaining good relationships with existing and prospective customers
Actively carry out competitor analysis and be updated about latest market trends- Required language(s): Mandarin, English (in order to maintain good relationships with existing and prospective Chinese speaking customers.)
Preferably 1 Year Exp in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
