To serve walk-in customers, consultants, and designers and build a good rapport with them.- Site Visit (eg, home, retail outlets, offices, etc) when necessary.
To develop new business and achieve sales targets.
- To be able to understand customers needs and to propose suitable products based on the customers needs and provide after-sales service.
To address customers complaints in an effective way when necessary.- To assist in managing sales and marketing activities and other assignments given by the supervisor.
To issue correspondence documents (eg, DO, SO, ITN, SRN) when necessary.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
Able to work retail hours (which includes Saturday) with an alternate off day.
- Having knowledge of Lighting Products and basic installation/technical skills will be an advantage.
* Possess basic computer and IT skills (e.g.: Microsoft Office).
